- Starts the journey. Send the link to the first step with it, and the email can print it.
Check before you send.
- Name one next step. Leave the tour of every feature for later, and link to the one action.
- Give the first name a fallback. A template can print a fallback such as "there" when a person has no first name.
- Check consent. A journey email skips people who opted out of marketing. Keep the welcome about the account.
