Maqetin nudges learners who enrolled and never started.

For learners who enrolled and have not opened a lesson. It makes the first lesson look small and links to it. A journey sends it after three days.

Hi Jane,

You enrolled in Spanish for Travel on Monday. Lesson one takes 12 minutes and ends with your first full conversation.

How it is sent.

The journey starts when your app sends course.enrolled. It waits 3 days, then checks whether lesson.started arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.

Events to send.

Your app sends two events for the same person.

course.enrolled
Starts the journey. Send course_name and lesson_minutes with it, and the email can print them.
lesson.started
Ends the journey early. Send it when the person opens a lesson.

Check before you send.

  • Name the course and the lesson. Send both in the properties of the first event, so the email says what comes next.
  • Say how long the lesson takes. Twelve minutes in the sample; use the real time.
  • Check the rules for minors. If learners may be under age, check what the rules allow before you send marketing email.
