How it is sent.
The journey starts when your app sends kyc.started. It waits 24 hours, then checks whether kyc.completed arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.

Events to send.
Your app sends two events for the same person.
- kyc.started
- Starts the journey. Send resume_url with it, and the email can link to the step they left.
- kyc.completed
- Ends the journey early. Send it when the check passes.
Check before you send.
- Link to the exact step. Send the address of the exact step in the properties of the first event.
- Set the wait to your check. A wait can be any length from 5 seconds to a year. 24 hours is only the sample.
- Have compliance read the wording. Copy about accounts and money may be regulated.
