Maqetin emails people after a streak breaks.

A run of daily workouts ends. Maqetin reads the broken streak and the next workout in your app’s events, and emails the people who have not trained again.

Sample scene: a fitness app in Austin.

The journey starts when your app sends streak.broken. It waits 1 day, then checks whether workout.completed arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.

Start from what they did.

It starts from what the person built and makes the next step small. The journey of this email is the comeback template.

  • Print the streak. Send the length of the streak with streak.broken, and the email can print the number.
  • Send only what a journey needs. An event carries the properties you send and no others, so a count such as streak_days is enough.
  • Stop when they train. The journey looks for workout.completed since the person entered, so anyone who trains within the day gets no email.
