Maqetin sends tips to a seller whose listing has not sold.

For a seller whose first listing has not sold. It gives changes tied to that listing. A journey sends it after seven days.

The email.

Hi Jane,

Your vintage bike has been live for 7 days. Add more photos and compare the price with similar listings.

How it is sent.

The journey starts when your app sends listing.created. It waits 7 days, then checks whether listing.sold arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.

Events to send.

Your app sends two events for the same person, the seller.

listing.created
Starts the journey. Send listing_title with it, and the email can name the item.
listing.sold
Ends the journey early. Send it with the seller's id: an event with the buyer's id does not end the journey.

Check before you send.

  • Send the sale as the seller's event. The check reads the events of the person in the journey. An event with the buyer's id does not end it.
  • Name the item. Send the listing title in the properties of the first event.
  • Keep it to new sellers. The start of a journey can be limited to a saved segment, for example people with the trait role: seller.
