The journey starts when your app sends stay.checked_out. It waits 1 day, then checks whether review.submitted arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.

Events to send.
Your app sends two events for the same person.
- stay.checked_out
- Starts the journey. Send review_url and the property with it, and the email can link to the form.
- review.submitted
- Ends the journey early. A guest who reviewed gets no email.
Check before you send.
- Use one link. Send the address of the review form in the properties of the first event.
- Skip people who reviewed. The check in the journey does it, as long as the second event carries the same person.
