The journey starts when your app sends donation.completed. It waits 30 days, then checks whether donation.completed arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.

Your app sends one event, and the journey uses it twice.
- donation.completed
- Starts the journey, and ends it early if it arrives again within the 30 days. Send campaign with it, and the email can name the campaign.
Check before you send.
- Keep it free of asks. Say so in the preheader, and keep it true.
- Send the receipt separately. A journey email skips people who opted out of marketing. Send the donation receipt from your server through the send API.
