Reorder

How it is sent.

The journey starts when your app sends order.delivered. It waits 14 days, then checks whether order.placed arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.

Events to send.

Your app sends two events for the same person.

order.delivered
Starts the journey. Send the items with it, and the email can list them.
order.placed
Ends the journey early. Anyone who orders within the 14 days gets no email.

Check before you send.

  • Show the basket. Send the items in the properties of the first event, so the email can list them.
  • Match their rhythm. Set the wait to the usual gap between your customers' orders. A wait can be any length from 5 seconds to a year.
