The journey starts when your app sends quote.completed. It waits 24 hours, then checks whether policy.purchased arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.

Your app sends two events for the same person.
- quote.completed
- Starts the journey. Send the product and valid_until with it, and the email can print them.
- policy.purchased
- Ends the journey early. Nobody who bought gets the email.
Check before you send.
- Repeat what the quote page showed. Use the same cover and price, never a different figure.
- Print the real expiry date. Send it in the properties of the first event.
- Get the wording approved. Copy about insurance may be regulated. Have someone responsible read it before the journey starts.
