Maqetin emails the shopper who left a cart without ordering.
For a shopper who changed a cart and has not ordered. It lists the items they left. A journey sends it an hour after the cart first changes. Your store sends no abandoned-cart event.

How it is sent.
The journey starts when your app sends cart.updated. It waits 1 hour, then checks whether order.placed arrived since the person entered. If it did, they leave and no email goes. If not, the email goes.
Events to send.
Your store sends two events. The journey works out the abandoned cart from them.
- cart.updated
- Starts the journey. Send the line items and the total with it, and the email can list them.
- order.placed
- Ends the journey early. Send it with the shopper's id when they pay.
Check before you send.
- Send the line items with the cart. The email prints what the first event carried, up to 15 KiB. Over that, the email goes without them.
- Choose the re-entry rule. With "once", a shopper gets one reminder. With "every N days", they can enter the journey again after N days.
